Shopping
Do I need to register to make a purchase?
No, you do not have to register. You may make purchases as a 'GUEST' without having to register.
Registration is quick and easy and it would enable you to save your billing and delivery addresses for future visits. If you do choose to register, you will also have access to future promotions, discounts and upcoming sales information.
Please use the main category navigations to assist you through our online shop: BAGS, SCARVES, GADGET SLEEVES each of these has sub-categories for you to choose from. Alternatively, you can use the SEARCH box to locate a specific item.
Once you have found what you are looking for, select quantity and click ‘ADD TO CART’. Review your selected items by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ icon in the top right corner of the page. You can remove items from your shopping cart at any time during your visit.
Once you have decided what you would like to purchase, the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.
Payment
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Our website uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
We do not store any of your debit or credit card details.
Do I need a Paypal Account to make a payment?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Maestro credit and debit cards as well as payments via Paypal
We also accept direct bank transfers. Simply select the Direct Bank Transfer option during checkout and we will send you instructions on how to make the deposit.
Shipping
We ship internationally so simply select your country at check out and standard shipping costs will be calculated automatically. We also provide an option for faster delivery. A guide of all shipping costs and times are shown below.
UK Standard Delivery (2-3 working days): £4.50
UK Next Day Delivery (for orders received before 12pm noon): £8.50
Europe Standard Delivery (3-8 working days): £6.00
Rest of World Standard Delivery: (within 5 working days): Small-£4.00, Medium-£6.50, Large-£9.00
Global Express Delivery: (1-3 days) £30
NOTE: Orders over £85 qualify for free shipping.
WITHIN THE UK: All items are sent by Royal Mail First Class post and will arrive within 2 working days
US/CANADA/ALL INTERNATIONAL: All international packages are sent with the Royal Mail Airmail service. Delivery is estimated between 5 to 7 working days but may take longer during busy periods like the Christmas season.
EUROPE: For deliveries to Western Europe delivery is estimated within 3 working days. For the rest of Europe it is estimated between 3 to 5 working days.
EXPRESS/PRIORITY MAIL: Express delivery items are shipped out via either UPS or DHL. All express delivery items can be tracked and will require a signature on delivery. Kindly contact us if you would like express/priority shipping or a trackable service.

Returns
I got my items, thank you. I would like to return or exchange something. How do I go about that?
We are sorry that you are unhappy with your item. Kindly send an email to contact@urbanknit.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods to inform us that you would like to make a return or exchange.
Please provide your order number and product description. For exchanges, please state the item you would like instead. Exchanges will be subject to product availability.
Refunds will be issued on items returned within 14days of receipt. Items should be in original new unworn condition and should include original packaging where possible.
Other
After selecting your items, please proceed to checkout and select the direct bank deposit option. Follow the instructions on the page and confirm your order.
We will send you a confirmation email which will have comprehensive payment instructions on how to make payment at a Guaranty Trust Bank.
Once we receive the funds, we will ship your goods out to you.
