Payment

  • How secure is your store?

    This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

  • Do I need a Paypal Account to make a payment?

    No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our site. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

Returns

  • I would like to return or exchange something. How do I go about that?

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a refund you must inform us of your wish to return or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your items. The items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact and items unworn and in a saleable condition. It is your responsibility to pay for the order to be returned and obtain a certificate of posting.

    Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt of goods. You must inform us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your intent to exercise this right.

    Please obtain a certificate of posting. In this circumstance you will be liable to pay and arrange for the goods to be returned in original condition with original packaging and all tags attached.

Shipping

  • How are orders shipped?

    WITHIN THE UK: Shipping is via Hermes courier service for most items whereby a tracking number will be provided. Royal Mail First Class post is used for smaller items. Most orders will arrive within 3 working days.

    INTERNATIONAL: All international orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail or DHL depending on the size of your order. Shipping takes between 3 to 7 working days to most destinations but will may longer during busy periods like Christmas.

    EXPRESS/PRIORITY MAIL: Kindly get in touch if you require a faster delivery time.

  • Do I need to pay customs charges?

    CUSTOMS & DUTY CHARGES: These vary from country to country and these fees are the responsibility of the customer. If your order incurs these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

  • What are your shipping costs?

    We ship world-wide so simply select your country at check out and shipping costs will be calculated automatically.
