A striking dark blue Aso oke cushion made in a unique traditional woven material from Nigeria, West Africa. With thin stripes of beige (Sanyan) and Maroon (Alaari) this cushion is an ode to the traditional colours of Aso-oke and would make a stunning addition to any living space. Aso Oke
Aso Oke (pronounced ah-SHOW-kay) is a loom-woven textile from Nigeria in West Africa. It is a thick fabric and similar in texture to canvas.
It is hand woven and the finished strips are usually sewn together to make clothing. The textile is worn during special occasions like weddings, festivals, coronations and so on.
The cushion comes with a cushion pad so can be used straightaway.

If you are shopping from outside of the UK, in order to have economical postage costs, your order will be sent without the cushion pad. Due to the volume of the cushions with the pad inserted, the shipping costs are expensive and prohibitive.
