The iPad just got African

Accessories brand; Urbanknit introduces a range of iPad sleeves in their signature African Print, Batik and Hand Woven fabric designs

Independent accessories label, Urbanknit has launched a range of iPad Sleeves. These handmade zippered sleeves are padded with protective layers and come in a range of vibrant colours in Urbanknit’s fabrics of choice – African print (Ànkárá), Nigerian Batiks (Àdìre) and hand-woven fabric (Aso-Òkè).

Stylish and functional, it forms part of Urbanknit’s the Autumn/Winter 2011 collection which will also include signature chunky knitted cowls and snoods as well as Splash shawls in new colourways.

With dimensions, width: 9 inches (23cm) and length: 11 inches (27cm), it doubles as an all round gadget case for electronics within those dimensions such as the NetBook. The 10 limited edition fabric combinations also make the sleeve a fun and funky case to carry alone or within another bag such as a handbag or backpack.
