The Box Stripe Jacket is a Japanese inspired jacket. Think of it as your new denim jacket, that you can throw over pretty much anything. It can worn layered with shirts, t-shirts and blouses over any other garment; be it jeans, skirt or trousers. The jacket is unisex and you make it your own by how you layer and style it. It is loose-fit jacket with drop shoulders.
It is a made from a loom woven textile from Nigeria called Aso-oke; a strip woven textile with a rich heritage. It is typically sewn into garments that are worn to special celebrations like weddings, coronations and funerals.
